Your guide to a smooth trailer rental

Before you rent: essential requirements

To ensure a safe and responsible rental, please make sure you meet our essential requirements:

• A signed rental agreement and valid driver's license is required for all renters.  Must be 25 years of age, and a list of authorized drivers must be provided at time of rental.
• A deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of making a reservation.  The deposit will be applied towards the final cost upon completion of the rental agreement. (deposit is non-refundable for no-show, or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time/date)
• You must have proper insurance coverage that extends to towing our trailers. (Both Collision and Comprehensive coverage are required)
• We perform a check-out process with every rental to ensure the trailer is in good condition before you leave.

These measures help us maintain the quality of our trailers and provide a secure rental experience for everyone.

Handling issues and cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here's what to do if you encounter an issue or need to cancel:

• Flat tires: Each of our trailers is equipped with a spare tire for your convenience. If more than one tire needs to be replaced, please call us immediately at (309)-323-0114.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your rental, please contact us no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time.  If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before your reservation, please be aware that your $50 deposit will be non-refundable, and applied toward the cancellation.  We recommend reviewing our Pricing & Availability page for more details. 
• Late returns:   A late fee of $20.00 per hour will be assessed for returns past the agreed contract terms.
