Your guide to a smooth trailer rental

At RyanTrailerRentals, we want your rental experience to be as easy and safe as possible. Please read our rental policy to understand the requirements, responsibilities, and what to do in case of any issues. We're here to help you haul with confidence!

Before you rent: essential requirements

To ensure a safe and responsible rental, please make sure you meet our essential requirements:

  • A signed rental contract and valid driver's license is required for all renters.
  • You must have proper insurance coverage that extends to towing our trailers.
  • We perform a check-out process with every rental to ensure the trailer is in good condition before you leave.

These measures help us maintain the quality of our trailers and provide a secure rental experience for everyone.

Safe usage and return guidelines

We ask that all customers adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use and return of our trailers:

  • Please return the trailer in a clean and good working order, similar to how you received it.
  • It is crucial to report any damage that occurs during your rental period immediately.
  • A check-in process will be completed upon return to verify the trailer's condition. This ensures accountability and helps us keep our equipment in top shape for the next customer.

Handling issues and cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here's what to do if you encounter an issue or need to cancel:

  • Flat tires: Each of our trailers is equipped with a spare tire for your convenience. If more than one tire needs to be replaced, please call us immediately at (309)323-0114.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your rental, please be aware that a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. We recommend reviewing our Pricing & Availability page for more details.

For any other concerns, do not hesitate to contact RyanTrailerRentals directly at (309)323-0114.
